ParcelBench is a trading name of DYNA TUNE LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@dynatune.shop.

We sell physical, blank (unprinted) packing supplies and packing-bench organisation products. All items are universal, non-original and unbranded. We do not provide shipping, courier, postage, customs, fulfilment or drop-ship services, and we do not sell official carrier labels or any official documents.

You must be 18 or over to buy, or 13–17 with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The store is not intended for children under 13.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include applicable item pricing; shipping is shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.

Payment is taken securely by our third-party payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We never store your full card number.

Trade Bench membership is an optional subscription that provides shopping benefits (member pricing, shipping and returns benefits). It is not stored value, credit or points. Benefits apply while active and do not carry over after cancellation. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Products such as racks, dispensers, tools and cutting edges carry stated maximum loads and safety notes. You are responsible for fitting, mounting and using items safely and for confirming a product suits your intended use. Keep tools with cutting edges away from children.

All products are blank and unbranded. Site content, text and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Your return and cancellation rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse or for damage arising from unsafe fitting or use contrary to product safety notes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
