- Are your products really blank?
- Yes. Every item is unprinted and unbranded — plain kraft, recycled paper, film or board. You add your own labels, notes or finishing.
- Do you post my parcels for me?
- No. We sell physical packing supplies only. We do not carry, post or deliver parcels, and we do not sell postage or official carrier labels or documents.
- How much is delivery and where do you ship?
- We ship to 23 countries. Standard delivery is a flat $6.50, free over $60. See the shipping policy for timings.
- Can I return supplies?
- Unused, resaleable items can be returned within 30 days (longer for members). For hygiene reasons, opened rolls and adhesive consumables are non-returnable unless faulty. See the refund policy.
- What is Trade Bench membership?
- An optional shopping-benefit subscription with member pricing, free shipping and longer returns. It is not stored value or points and does not roll over if you cancel.
- Which currency do you charge in?
- All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD).
