Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to 23 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently deliver there.

Standard delivery is a flat $6.50 per order. Orders over $60.00 qualify for free standard delivery. Trade Bench members receive free or discounted shipping depending on plan. All charges are in USD and shown before payment.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

• Domestic UK: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: typically 4–9 business days after dispatch.
• North America and rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs handling in your country.

We hand parcels to established delivery carriers to complete the delivery. We are a supplier of packing goods, not a carrier, and we do not sell postage or carrier labels.

For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

To deliver your order we share the delivery name and address with the carrier. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.
