Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-14

This policy explains how DYNA TUNE LIMITED, trading as ParcelBench, collects and uses your personal data when you visit dynatune.shop or place an order for our blank packing supplies.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is DYNA TUNE LIMITED (trading as ParcelBench), a company registered in the United Kingdom, at 85 Carron Place Kelvin Industrial Estate, G75 0YL, Scotland. For any privacy question or request, contact support@dynatune.shop or call +44 7391165591.

2. What we collect

  • Order and delivery data: name, email, phone, shipping address and billing address, items ordered and order value — collected so we can complete order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Account and membership data: where you create an account or Trade Bench membership, your login email and plan status.
  • Support and enquiry data: the contents of contact and trade-enquiry forms you submit.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand) but never your full card number.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookie identifiers needed to run the cart and checkout.

3. Collection sources (where we collect it from)

We use the following collection sources:

  • Directly from you: checkout, account sign-up, contact and trade-enquiry forms, and emails you send us.
  • Automatically from your device: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookies and server logs as you use the cart and checkout.
  • From our payment provider: payment confirmations, billing details and fraud signals returned after you pay.
  • From our delivery carriers: dispatch and delivery status updates relating to your parcel.

We do not buy personal data from data brokers or third-party marketing lists.

4. Order fulfilment, delivery and returns data

Because we ship physical packing supplies, order fulfilment requires us to process specific data:

  • Shipping address: your shipping address, recipient name and phone are used to pick, pack and dispatch your order, and are passed to the delivery carrier that completes delivery.
  • Delivery carriers: we disclose only the delivery data a carrier needs to deliver the parcel. Carriers act as independent controllers for the delivery itself and handle that data under their own terms.
  • Order fulfilment records: order contents, value, dispatch date and delivery status are kept as the record of the contract between us.
  • Returns and support: where you request a return, refund or replacement, we process your order reference, the reason given, any photos you send and your return-shipping details to resolve the case.
  • Payment and billing: billing name and address and the limited payment confirmation data our payment provider returns are used for accounting, refunds and dispute handling. We never receive or store your full card number.

5. Why we use it and our legal bases

  • To fulfil your order — process payment, prepare and dispatch goods, handle returns (performance of a contract).
  • To provide support — respond to enquiries and manage your account (contract and our legitimate interests).
  • To run and secure the site — essential cookies, fraud prevention, security (legitimate interests).
  • To send service messages — order and delivery updates (contract).
  • Marketing — only where you have opted in, or otherwise permitted by law; you can withdraw consent at any time (consent / legitimate interests).
  • Legal and accounting — to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

6. Payment provider boundary

Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor on their own secure infrastructure. Your full card number is entered on the processor's hosted checkout and is never stored on our servers. We keep only the order reference and the limited confirmation data the processor returns to us.

7. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us operate, under contract and only as needed:

  • Hosting and platform: our cloud hosting provider serves the website and stores order records.
  • Payment processing: our payment provider processes card payments and disputes.
  • Database and lead storage: our managed database provider stores orders, accounts and enquiries.
  • Email and delivery: our email service sends transactional messages; delivery carriers receive the address needed to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell your personal data.

8. International transfers

Some processors operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, to ensure your data stays protected.

9. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Account, membership and marketing data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, then deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months.

10. Your rights (UK GDPR, EU GDPR and CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • erase data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • for California residents: know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, without discrimination.

To exercise any right, email support@dynatune.shop. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

11. Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not sell the personal information of any consumer, including those under 16.

12. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart, checkout and admin login. Any non-essential analytics or preference cookies are used only where permitted. See our Cookie Policy for details.

13. Automated decisions and children

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects about you. Our store is not directed at children: it is intended for customers aged 18 or over, and 13–17 year olds may only order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

14. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable processors to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce risk.

15. How to complain or contact us

Contact us first at support@dynatune.shop. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). EU residents may complain to their local supervisory authority. California residents may contact us using the details above to exercise CCPA rights.
